I have been associated with Tim for over 3 months now. He consistently over delivers on every project and quote I've asked from him. I'm sure others have spoken of his technical expertise in PHP and MySQL. The main thing that sets Tim apart from any other programmer I've worked with is he tries to get a deep understanding of my overall needs and/or business requirements and does not hesitate to make suggestions that he feels will improve some facet of my business - even when those don't necessarily coincide with the direction I think would be best. This has been very valuable to me because I need more than a simple "Yes" man to help my business application(s) succeed.
He also suggested a entirely new way of delivering my product instead of Clickbank and it has been a wonderful addition to my business. Even did the integration work for me at a very reasonable price.

I cannot give a high enough rating for Tim. He is INCREDIBLE. He did not just do everything I asked but he fantastically over-delivered by proposing and implementing great functions that I didn't even think off. During this project that had need for about 60 configurable variables in one plugin (and was therefore very complex) he never had any issues with keeping track of them all. Nice and clean programming, High-level PHP code, Easy to change code and options, Nicely all implemented in functions and the list goes on. Works with you until you are 100% satisfied. I now understand why Tim is in the top 1% of coders on RAC. If Tim has bid on your project - do not think twice. Choose him, you won't be disappointed.

We had a situation arise where we needed a coder to make some changes to our site to stop spammer abuse ASAP. I contacted Tim, he promptly set a time (later that day) to address the situation. At the designated time (actually early) I communicated my needs, Tim listened and within 20 minutes had a game plan. He contacted me less than an hour later with not only my planned safeguard in place, but 2 additional intelligently thought-out safeguards that only someone who listened intently to my needs would have even considered. (of course he told me how to disable them if I did not care for them)
His work was 100% effective and I'll consider him for future work.
